The 20th annual tournament will take place July 12-14th 2024.

DATE:  

July 12th - 14th, 2024 (No rain date)

ENTRY FEE:   

$525 non-refundable entry fee

Check or money order payable to Fabius-Pompey Girls Softball Club

FORMAT:    

Minimum of four games guaranteed for all.

Saturday: teams will be randomly scheduled for pool play.

Sunday: teams will be placed into a single-elimination bracket based on record.

DEADLINE:  

All entry forms and payments must be received by the Tournament Director on, or before Friday, June 7, 2024 (no exceptions). 

RULES:    

All USA Junior Olympic fast pitch rules will apply.

There will be a one hour 30 minute time limit per game (except for championship)

Pitching distance will be 43 feet for both age groups.

ELIGIBILITY: 

All teams and/or players must be individually registered as per 2024 USA code.

All coaches must verify their ACE certifications and background checks before

stepping onto the field or in the dugout.

Official USA roster must be signed by the state or local USA commissioner, verifying

team status, and must be given to the tournament director one hour prior to first game.

INSURANCE:

All teams must be USA registered. Each team must show proof of insurance.

BRACKETS: Starting times and pairings will be emailed out 2 weeks before games. Games will be played on up to four fields.

CONCESSION: Hamburgers, hot dogs, soda, french fries, t-shirts and much more!
